Executive summary

The PQ Procedure endored in form of Prakas (Ministerial Decision) No 436 dated 10/05/2010 with contain of 14 annexes (included the application and report form and sample of certificate and permit). This procedure are in Khmer language, but form and certificate are English. The English version and/or explanation will develop and uplord later.
