Pest Surveillance in Cambodia are consisted of:

1. National Pest surveillance is conducted by NPPO as a mandate of this organisation for officially using in PRA in import and export of plant season and area of the country. This data is not using for assesement of pest status in Cambodia,"" especialy is not a basis information for PRA.
2. Pest status surveillance is conducted in the purpose of evaluation of pest infestation in specific area for planning and pest control action.

A pesticide management and registration scheme has been put in place since 1992 to regulate all pesticide-related activities in Vietnam . two Pesticide Control Centers were established in Hanoi and HCM city are responsible for new pesticide analysis and testing before registration and determine residue in agricultural product as well
