Executive summary

In this Act, “Hazardous Substance” means the following substance (1) Explosives (2) Flammable substance (3) Oxidizing agents and peroxides (4) Toxic substance (5) Pathogenic substance (6) Radioactive substance (7) Mutagenic substance (8) Corrosive substance (9) Irritating substance (10) Other substance either chemical products or otherwise which may cause hazard to human, animals, plants, properties or environments.
