Description

Pursuant to Article II.1(a) and 5 of the Agreement, APPPC adopted its Rules of Procedure and Financial Rules during the 26th Session (August-September 2009, New Delhi, India). The rules of Procedure shall apply to all sessions of the Commission and the activities of the Secretary under the framework of the General Rules of FAO. The Financial Rules shall govern the financial administration of the Commission.
