Description

The 7th Regional Workshop on review or draft International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures was held in Seoul, Republic of Korea from 31 July to 4 August 2006 with financial support of Republic of Korea. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the following 6 draft standards. Twenty two experts from Bhutan, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, Pakistan, Philippines, Republic of Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam. Seventeen of these countries are members of the APPPC with other experts representing the IPPC Secretariat and FAO.
